Vintage Emporium is the product of Kalen Nguyen’s childhood dream of owning her own small smoothie cart. The realisation of that dream has far exceeded her expectation as she now resides as a co-owner of a retro-style cafe that presents itself as a French and South-East Asian residence that is a symbolic metaphor of modern day Saigonese culture. In the kitchens, the chefs are veterans of five-star cuisine who deliver expert interpretations that uphold the philosophy of Vintage Emporium: healthy food to the highest standard.
The wall-mounted intricate wood carvings are resemblant of Thai-Indochine styles; woven decorative fabrics originating from Sapa and almost everything you see inside has been reused or repurposed; contributing to an exhibitionist gallery of vintage style and culture that releases a relaxing air for intimate dining and perhaps the finest smoothies in Saigon.
